Eric Ahlborg, President
Eric Ahlborg has over 30 years of experience in virtually every aspect of the construction industry, working through the ranks of field engineer to President of a large, regional construction firm that successfully completed millions of dollars of projects including: schools; health facilities; public safety complexes; justice facilities; civic center/stadiums; and a variety of commercial/industrial facilities.
At ABM, Eric has functioned as Executive Project Manager for a number of high profile, innovative public projects, utilizing his extensive training and experience in project estimating and scheduling.
A graduate of Hillsborough College in Tampa, Florida, Eric has served on various educational advisory boards including Roger Williams College; and New England Technical Facility. He has taught college level courses in construction planning and scheduling.
A member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Eric is a member of a variety of community organizations and is widely considered one of the foremost construction executives in the region.
Eric has first-hand knowledge and professional relationships with virtually all the major design, architectural, engineering, and contractor firms in the State and uses this knowledge to provide our clients with decided advantages over the course of the project.
Anthony Ventetuolo, Jr., COO
Tony Ventetuolo has over 35 years of executive experience in operations and management of large governmental and private sector service agencies, focusing on the financing, development, construction and operation of a wide variety of justice, educational, transportation, and civil construction projects and facilities. A Deputy Director of Statewide Corrections and Transportation departments; he had oversight of the construction and renovation of numerous justice facilities as well as the daily operational management. He provided administrative oversight over millions of dollars in State-Federal funding for the State’s Transportation Highway Construction and Maintenance programs and supervised a staff of over 1000 professionals.
Tony has a Bachelor’s degree from RIC and a Master’s degree from URI, and has taught as an adjunct faculty at Roger Williams College.
His private sector experience includes his role as Principal of a private-public partnership development firm that provided consulting services nationally, and has successfully financed, developed, constructed and operated large correctional and public safety facilities.
His extensive experience in both the private and public sector, gives him a unique knowledge and insight into the establishment of innovative public-private partnerships; the ability to finance and manage them; and the ability to navigate them through the public process.

Estimating / Value Engineering
ABM estimates and constructability reviews are performed by the Principals and lead staff of the firm who have a long history of providing detailed accurate estimates as well as useful constructability reviews and value engineering suggestions to insure the project achieves its budget objectives and achieves maximum value.
